Prize draw terms

The terms of the free prize draw for people who tried the ShiftTick demo at an event. Entering means you accept them.
In short. Win a £100 Amazon gift card. Enter once, free, at shifttick.com/events/draw before 18:00 on Friday 23 October 2026. UK residents aged 18 or over; not the ShiftTick team or their households. One winner, picked at random. Entering does not sign you up to anything.
1. The promoter
The promoter is ShiftTick Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 16908032, of 10 Minster Walk, London, England, N8 7JS. Questions about the draw go to hello@shifttick.com.
2. The prize
The prize is a £100 Amazon gift card. There is one prize and one winner. The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged, and there is no cash alternative. If it becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we will award a prize of equal or greater value instead.
3. How to enter
Enter by completing the form at shifttick.com/events/draw, which the demo links to. You do not have to have tried the demo, and entering is free: no purchase is necessary.
Give your own name, work email address and company. One entry per person; further entries from the same person are disregarded, and so is an entry with details that are not genuine.
4. When entries close
Entries close at 18:00 on Friday 23 October 2026, UK time. An entry received after that is not entered.
5. How the winner is chosen
The winner is chosen at random from all valid entries when entries close, by a member of the ShiftTick team.
6. How the winner is told
We will tell the winner by email, to the address they entered with, within five working days of the draw. If the winner does not reply within 14 days of being told, or cannot accept the prize, we will choose another winner the same way.
On request, we will give the winner’s first name and county, unless the winner objects.
7. Who can enter
The draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. It is not open to the directors, employees or contractors of ShiftTick Ltd, members of their households, or anyone else professionally connected with the draw. We may ask the winner for reasonable proof that they are eligible before awarding the prize.
8. The draw and our emails are separate
Entering the draw does not sign you up to anything. Whether we may email you about ShiftTick is a separate, optional tick on the entry form, unticked unless you tick it; leaving it unticked has no effect on your entry. How we handle the details you give is set out in our privacy policy.
9. General
If circumstances beyond our control make it necessary, we may cancel or change the draw; we will not do so in a way that is unfair to people who have already entered. Our decision on the winner is final. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
